Spreader/ Cutter: Receive daily work order assignments from Supervisor and prepare fabric set-up in accordance with work orders. Spreader/Cutter lays the fabric out on the table and cut amount needed for work order and feeds it to cutting section and then operates the computerized cutting machine to cut the fabric precisely

Bundler: Will be responsible for taking the ready cut pieces of fabric from the cutting department, making sure the fabric pieces meet the specifications, bundle them together based on the customer work order, and hangs them on the conveyor to be transported to sewing department

Loader: They will take the cut pieces of fabric from the cutting department and load them onto hangers to be sent to the different sewing operators. This position will also cross-train in the sewing department.

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to solve problems and work with a team to achieve production quota.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to comply with company safety, attendance and all other company policies.
Have steady attendance
Basic computer skills

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Must be right handed
Must be physically able to stand for 9 hours
Basic math skills
Must be able to read and write English to follow instructions and complete work as assigned.
Must submit to a drug screen
