Provide process equipment specification or system specs with detail design.
New technology application, implementation and industrialization.
Machine element design and strength of materials (machine components) must be routinely evaluated for equipment improvement projects.
Provide management with business or technical reports of investigation, improvement and development.
Lead and manage assigned project team members.
Support production and maintenance efforts as requested.
All other duties as assigned by Management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2-5 years of manufacturing / facilities experience.
Mechanical equipment knowledge coupled with knowledge of machine controls.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred) or related field.
Experience in manufacturing process design improvements, project management.
Must be hands on and detail oriented.
Self-motivated leader that can offer innovative solutions to optimize the process and operations.
Proficient in computer skills including the use of all the prevailing office and design application software (as Inventor, AutoCAD).
This job operates in a professional office environment and involves sitting for extended periods at a computer workstation. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job requires the ability to enter and safely move about the production area of the plant, utilizing the proper personal protective equipment. This role must also be able to read Safety Data Sheets and safely handle a variety of chemicals. Must be able to see, hear, touch, feel, lift (up to 20 lbs.) and stand for short periods of time.
