The Production Floor Trainer is responsible for assisting various departments with training needs. Their focus will be training all employees on proper and effective operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a positive attitude and leadership presence at all times by being on the floor, walking around and helping employees.

* Partner with Quality, Safety, and all Production to ensure product is made safely and in compliance with cGMP's and SOP's.
* Train and coach employees using a variety of training methods in order to reduce turnover and improve employee effectiveness.
* Assist in the identification and implementation of CRD's overall training plan so that goals and objectives are achieved and maintained.
* Track the effectiveness of training results.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
* Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently is preferred but not required.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* Must be able to teach in front of other employees.
* Must be able to demonstrate leadership, oral, written, presentation and some analytical skills and reasoning.
* Must communicate well and with diplomacy and tact with employees at all levels within the organization.
* Must have good organization skills, multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel.
* Minimum of 1+ year experience in training/leadership role in a production/manufacturing setting
