Shift: 1st shift
(8/10 hours + Overtime!)

Responsibilities:
??? Responsible for following the site safety rules and actively participates on the site safety committee including weekly safety tailgates and completing training.

??? Executes site secured procedures and reports any unsafe condition or security breach immediately to Supervisor.

??? Completes daily ???Pre-Flight??? equipment Checklist and ensures machine and other equipment and tools are in good working order. Reports any unsafe condition and required repairs to Make-up Shed Supervisor immediately.

??? Inspects Made-up box for any damage or defects and report immediately to Supervisors.
??? Safely collate Made-up box and bundle tie unit.
??? Position FG Pallets as required at load forming station.
??? Place bundle tied units onto to FG pallets to spec.

??? Place any pallet tag on FG pallet as required.

??? Responsible for helping facility achieve superior customer service levels; On-time Delivery Performance,
Inventory Accuracy, and works closely with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate billing

??? Executes quality standards for made-up box spec and responsible to report any damage to product, equipment or building immediately to Supervisor.
??? Work with Supervisor and maintenance to ensure machines are set up properly and achieving performance targets for quality, speed, glue application and waste.
??? Responsible to maintain Good Housekeeping practices for equipment, workspace, breakroom and locker/restrooms, etc.
