Duties:

• Manage your assigned cell sexing workstation
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation
• Train on other laboratory stations including Fhil, centrifuge/tube table, sample making, dish room, and incoming quality control
• Troubleshoot issues that arise and communicate issues with the appropriate personnel
• Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-high school education or experience within a production laboratory setting is preferred
• A valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently
• Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse to accomplish work tasks
• Ability to perform multitask
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times
