Duties:
- Manage your assigned cell sexing workstation
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation
- Train on other laboratory stations including Fhil, centrifuge/tube table, sample making, dish room, and incoming quality control
- Troubleshoot issues that arise and communicate issues with the appropriate personnel
- Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Post-high school education or experience within a production laboratory setting is preferred
- A valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently
- Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse to accomplish work tasks
- Ability to perform multitask
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times
