Core Duties:

• Operation of assigned cell sexing workstation
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation
• Assist and be trained on other stations in the laboratory such as Fhil, Centrifuge/tubes table, Sample making, Dish room, Incoming quality control
• Troubleshoot issues that arise and communicate those issues with appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, or support group)
• Provide ideas for process improvement in the work environment (relentless improvement and/or RIB cards)
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, post-high school education or experience within a production laboratory setting is preferred
• A valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and monitor equipment/computer
• Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard, and mouse to accomplish work tasks
• Basic math skills
• Multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times
• Strong communication skills including the ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers and internal and external customers/vendors at all times
