Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operate molding machines to produce parts according to detailed specifications and production schedules.
Prepare molds by cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents as needed.
Load raw materials into molding machines, ensuring proper amounts and consistency.
Monitor the molding process, making adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
Inspect molded parts for defects, ensuring they meet required quality standards and making necessary corrections.
Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
Record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered during the process.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues and optimize efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Assist in other production tasks as needed, including troubleshooting equipment or assisting with material handling.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a molding or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with molding machines and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
