Working in a team environment, the Operator is responsible for the inspection and packing of production from one or more injection molding, assembly or lining machines.

Performs ongoing Quality Assurance Inspections-visual or functional
Packs, seals, and properly identifies product

Responsible for general housekeeping in and around immediate work area
Validates quality on production equipment via 2 hr. shot inspection
Process and packages production to specification via IQMS work order
Alert external departments of production issues-IE Quality issues, production constraints-cavitation blockages, part feeding issues, machine non-repeatability
Process of materials-scale transference, palletizing, runner grinding and hopper filling
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Standing and walking for long periods of time
Knowledge of the products manufactured in the facility w/ basic computer / scanning technology experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion or frequently.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English ??? read, write, understand and speak fluently
Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) preferred * Ability to understand basic Quality Control methods
Must possess eyesight capable of identifying imperfections in plastic molded parts and to distinguish color shade variations
