The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to all shop employees.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the production, including managing staff, machines, and materials
Manages performance measures, quality, and safety and provides regular progress reports

Provides training, evaluation of employees, investigating accidents, and providing corrective actions
Participates in hiring and retention of employees
Perform tasks given by the supervisor
Communicate goals and objectives to employees
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in the Personal Care or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMPs is a plus production planning
Ability to act and solve problems when facing an unexpected situation
Knowledge of Qualification processes preferred

High School

10+ years
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or college degree in chemistry
5 - 10 years of experience as a production supervisor or 15 yrs as a production operator in a chemical field
