• Direct Hire

• Fully onsite in Milton, WI
• 3rd shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 pm – 6:00 am
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends when required

Responsibilities:

• Train new employees
• Set employee schedules and assign them to machines
• Confirm that equipment is set up in accordance with job specifications
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that high-quality standards are maintained throughout production
• Monitor production standard status, evaluate hourly machine counts, and make adjustments to improve productivity
• Complete and deliver employee performance evaluations
• Provide supervision and coaching including working with HR to develop and deliver employee improvement plans and disciplinary actions
• Ensure that all client policies, including health and safety, are followed
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role desired
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF writeable software
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Decisive and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to lead a team with the ability to mitigate conflict, mentor, and delegate tasks
