- Fully onsite in Milton, WI
- 3rd shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 pm – 6:00 am
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends when required
Responsibilities:
- Train new employees
- Set employee schedules and assign them to machines
- Confirm that equipment is set up in accordance with job specifications
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that high-quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Monitor production standard status, evaluate hourly machine counts, and make adjustments to improve productivity
- Complete and deliver employee performance evaluations
- Provide supervision and coaching including working with HR to develop and deliver employee improvement plans and disciplinary actions
- Ensure that all client policies, including health and safety, are followed
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role desired
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF writeable software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Decisive and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to lead a team with the ability to mitigate conflict, mentor, and delegate tasks
