Responsible for the direction, coordination, and results of all departments during a designated shift. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, training, scheduling, and appraising employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints/grievances and resolving problems.

???2 ??? 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferably in a food-related industry.???High school graduate or equivalent.???Working knowledge of scheduling and production processes.???BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
