Our Windsor, WI client is seeking Production Supervisors. If possess excellent leadership skills and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, submit your resume today! Daily duties are as follows:
- Directly manage shift personnel, providing guidance in the completion of daily tasks as well as ensuring their training, development, and engagement
- Facilitate the development of a high-performing, highly engaged team through training and development of team members
- Hold team members accountable for performance standards and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Clearly communicate production targets and strategies with the team. Measure and communicate status versus results expected. Ensure that the assigned shift consistently meets set production requirements
- Participate in multi-functional continuous improvement teams in order to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct timely and meaningful performance reviews
- Other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, successfully supervising, leading, and training employees is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Ability to analyze data and make critical decisions determining shift production operations
- Must excel at working in cross-functional teams, communicating clearly and professionally, and establishing productive relationships with coworkers
- Be flexible with job responsibilities and strive to expand your knowledge and skillset
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
