As a Production Supervisor, you use your excellent leadership skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the production laboratory. This role is Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m. Direct hire with a benefits package offered.

Responsibilities:

- Execute the production plan, coordinate floor activities, and delegate tasks
- Supervise production employees and perform coaching and performance management
- Communicate production targets and strategies with the team
- Hold team members accountable for performance standards and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Improve safety, quality, and efficiency through participation in multi-functional, continuous improvement teams
- Conduct performance reviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or associate degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Conflict resolution skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated leadership experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Data-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- The ability to maximize production and cost of goods utilizing continuous improvement, inventory control, and other manufacturing tools is a plus
