Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly lines and bench assembly line.
Train, guide, and mentor assembly workers to ensure proper assembly techniques, quality standards, and productivity goals are met.
Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and meet production targets.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols in all assembly processes.
Collaborate with the production manager to plan and schedule production orders and prioritize workload.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify the accuracy and quality of assembled products.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Maintain production records, including production reports, quality control documentation, and inventory levels.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee engagement.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to assembly workers.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for the assembly team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mechanical assembly to implement process improvements.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
