Seed Technicians are involved in all facets of seed production within a location. Indoor seed processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling or warehousing seed. Outdoor activities may include planting, pollinating, note taking, data entry, hand harvest. Maintaining inventory accuracy utilizing electronic inventory systems. R&D positions may also include electronic data collection in field and laboratory settings utilizing PC and handheld data collection devices.
