This role is supporting a local cheese manufacturer in Middlebury, VT. The employee would work six consecutive days, then have two days off. The schedule is 12:00PM - 8:00PM ($18.38/hr.) or 8:00PM - 4:00AM ($19.06/hr.)Responsibilities:The essential responsibilities are packaging cheese for aging. You would be packaging in 40lb. blocks, or 640lb. boxes of cheese The process is fairly automated but candidates would have to be comfortable lifting empty boxes and placing them on the line for filling. Once the box is filled, you would be pushing the 640lbs. box of cheese on a cart.
