A Roscommon area manufacturer is seeking to expand their team! These are 1st shift Production opportunities and ideal candidates should be familiar with basic hand tools as well as able to safely work with nail guns. Shift is 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Responsibilities:
- Assembling wooden pallets according to blueprints and diagrams.
- Using a nail gun, employee will work with a second person to make a pallet.
- May use a hammer to loosen boards from a pack to make the pallet.
- Put sides on pallet, flip (as a team), put additional boards on top and nail them on.
Skills:
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50Lbs with regular bending, stooping, and twisting.
- Ability to work with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation (in order to demonstrate a reliable attendance record.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must comply with Spherion's Drug Free Workplace Policy and disclose relevant criminal history at the time of hire.
