Responsibilities:
Ensure a strong and dynamic base of volunteers throughout the territory, oversee compliance and record retention, prepare statistical reports when required and maintain the chapter's internship program.
Administer intake and eligibility platform, ensure records for new referrals are created, conduct Welcome calls, follow-up on documents, and assign volunteers.
Implement plan to connect with providers currently referring participants to increase communication, engagement and enhanced training.
Implement plan to connect with providers who do not currently refer potential participants about the Mission and the services that can be provided.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit administration, communications, business or human resources
Three years volunteer management or human resources experience
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM and data management systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, project management, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to travel and work some nights/weekends.
