As a Program Coordinator you will work for a community-based social services organization serving individuals and families of all backgrounds. Part-time, Hybrid
12-18 hours per week (flexible based on populations served)
In-person: Mondays from 4pm - 6pm and Thursdays from 6pm - 9pm
Additional weekly hours can be done remotely
Responsibilities:
Manage programs for neurodiverse youth and adults
Coordinate and facilitate psychosocial groups for individuals on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, and other developmental differences
Recruit, screen, assess, and conduct intake of prospective participants
Support Program Manager in building relationships with community partners and in the development and implementation of a pilot program for youth therapeutic groups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation
Assist leadership with program evaluation, data collection, and reporting as needed
Provide counseling to youth, families, and adults as needed
Ensure the organization?s process of biopsychosocial assessments, documentation, and referrals are up to date
Attend 1 paid staff meeting each month
Additional responsibilities as requested by supervisor and director
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hebrew, Yiddish, or American Sign Language a plus
Experience working with groups preferred

Masters
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid license as an LSW or LAC in New Jersey required
Regular availability Monday and Thursday afternoons/evenings for in-person program facilitation in the Somerville, NJ office required
Ability to attend 1 paid in-person staff meeting each month required
Experience and interest in working with neurodiverse populations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
