-Ensure compliance with professional and best practice standards, ethics, quality of care, legal, state, and federal policy and requirements in the supervision of clinical activities
-Prepare plans and reports measuring outcomes, objectives, and priorities
-Provide clinical service training, mentoring, education, and service supervision
-Provide client focused and case specific activities and services, which may include group meetings with a supportive and educational focus
-Maintain timely clinical documentation
-Review and ensure compliance of clinical documentation records
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Candidates should possess an eagerness to engage, challenge, and have compelling leadership skills
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
(1) Ideal candidates will hold a Masters Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field AND 2 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
(2) Will also consider candidates who hold a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field and 3 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
(3) May also consider candidates who hold an Associates Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field and 4 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
