- Provide key information for updating the project status and budget.- Leads projects from conception through the entire life cycle of project management including overseeing implementation and measuring success.- Leads project team members including working with external vendors.- Review and post expense invoices.- Manage project budgeting and forecasting.- Assist with monthly project status reports, which are maintained in excel.- Month-end project expenses analysis and reporting- Additional responsibilities in the Corporate Services group as needed.
1-4 years
- Minimum three years office services experience required, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.- Strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively to find solutions.- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.- Organized and is able to manage deadlines.- Conduct themselves with a high level of integrity.- A good fit with our Company culture, which can be found on our website
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately prepare a wide variety of correspondence and reports.- Must have excellent typing skills, mathematical aptitude and writing ability.- Must have analytical capabilities.- Must have great attention for detail.- Must have the ability to work with multiple personalities and cross-functionally- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.- Must have the ability to handle stress especially when encountering necessary projects, deadlines and/or high workload. Educational Requirements:- BA or BS degree in related subject or equivalent in education and work experience required.
