The Project Planner / Agile Coach reports directly to the Site PM Manager, working on development and sustainment of products within the Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (SUAS) product portfolio.

oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
serve as liaison between project management and project teams

review status of projects and budgets
manage schedules and prepares status reports including critical path analysis, risk assessment, and project performance metrics
assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet project goals and objectives
develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers
drive adoption of and consistency in agile mindset, values, principles, and practices
coach teams to increase maturity of agile methodology
drive cultural change toward positivity and accountability
teach agile principles and improve agile methodologies in practice
embrace continuous improvement
lead initiatives to improve process development and implementation in an ISO 9001 environment
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Certified Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Product Owner
Experience in project planning - development and maintenance of project schedules
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to produce clear, concise briefing materials for internal team and customers
Demonstrated success in an environment that is fast-paced and demanding
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience interfacing with management, vendors, and/or customers
Ability to tailor process requirements to smaller, agile program activities
Familiarity with Small Unmanned Air Systems and technologies used in security and defense environments
Experience using MS project, BigPicture, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, or equivalent schedule planning tool

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
Experience with Jira, or equivalent
Experience with agile and scrum methodologies
