Responsibilities:
- Process orders and receive payments
- Assist in the process of product returns and customer refunds
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow up in a timely manner
- Office support and organization
- Gather contact information including emails from customers for continued product marketing opportunities
- Assist the Installation & Service crews with required parts for projects
- Help maintain organization of the Parts Department in preparation of busy seasons
- Help support the company to move towards a paperless, all electronic environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others
- Other duties as assigned
Nice to Have
- A degree or certification in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Continuous professional development, particularly in customer service excellence or project management, is a plus.
- Project Management experience preferred, but not required.
- QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
