The local chapter of a national non-profit that services children and families is seeking a Project Coordinator for their headquarters located in Camarillo. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project including interfacing with families and volunteers, managing documents and budgets and coordinating travel activities accommodations and transportation. Responsibilities:
Coordinate the project from start to finish, managing the day-to-day workflow of the process.
Ensure policies and guidelines are being followed.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure accuracy of accounting and costs.
Manage costs by sourcing in-kind donations and services.
Ensure accuracy of files.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, donors and volunteers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in non-profit administration, communications, business or human resources.
3+ years of non-profit or business experience working with volunteers or the community or 3-5 years of applicable work experience.
Ability to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, time management, organization and project management skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM program and data management skills.
