Responsibilities:
Deliver every job on-time
Take field measurements if necessary
Source specialty materials/processes as required
Provide detailed product schedules with critical milestones
Coordinate between company, General Contractor and Architect
Expand supplier base to include subcontractors/installers
Attend subcontractor meetings as required and document necessary information
Request and coordinate samples for submittals in conjunction with engineering and production
Minimize and negotiate change orders
Ensure adherence contract specifications
Formulate requests for information (RFI) Communicate in a professional manner with all company management/employees
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with project and scheduling technologies helpful

Well organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional time management skills
Able to read and understand blueprints
Able to have difficult conversations with customers
Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
Demonstrated problem solving skills and decision making capabilities
Proven listening skills and ability to be a team player
Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written) and interpersonal skills
Documented planning skills ? experience developing and managing project plans, preparing timelines/critical path, and coordinating with production
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to maintain proficiency with current and changing technologies
Able to effectively communicate with Architects, Designers, General Contractors, Vendors and Subcontractors in a professional manner
Able to travel with short notice (usually day trips)
Experience taking field measurements
Experience formulating RFI?s
Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
Experience in high-end commercial architectural millwork
Able to drive projects to conclusion on time and on budget while maintaining the standard of quality required by the company
PAY: $46,000-$55,000, based on a 45 hour week
HOURS: 7AM-3:30PM
