This is a contract position responsible for leading a transformational business initiative ? the implementation of a new core operational system. This involves working internally across multiple disciplines (Operations, Product and Engineering, and Business Technology) to manage deliverables and dependencies across numerous project tracks while partnering with the software vendor to ensure a successful migration and conversion within the agreed upon timeline and budget. This individual will provide oversight through the entire lifecycle of the conversion project, including discovery, configuration/development, testing, training, and post-conversion stabilization.

Create detailed project plan to track internal milestones and deliverables
Work with software vendor(s) to track and manage external deliverables
Produce executive level reports on status and budget
Establish and facilitate project status meetings on weekly and monthly cadence with applicable stakeholders
Work with individual operational teams and business analysts to oversee development of end-to-end processes and procedures
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external parties as needed and ensure documentation of decisions and next steps.
Collect and track project-related artifacts to satisfy regulatory requirements
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Agile project management principles in a development environment
Professional experience within a Financial or FinTech organization
Strong analytical skills with experience in end-to-end process improvement
Process/workflow documentation experience
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project management in a technology environment, including working on a major system conversion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
PMP or equivalent Project Management Experience.
Experience and understanding of regulatory and audit requirements associated with a large-scale
