-Project Design Criteria
-Design Options
-Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and project budgets
-Administer and monitor bidding process
-Review Project Drawings and Specifications
-Assist in Preparation and Distribution of Project Documents
-Assist in On-Site Contract Administration
-Develop and Maintain Client Relations and Communications
-Identify and resolve all project issues
-Maintain project estimate
-Prepare and interpret schedule of values and billing documents
-Invoice review and coding billing preparation

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred
-5+ years' experience in the Sioux Falls market, required
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
-Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
-Software knowledge: MS Project, Procore, MS Project, Excel. Bluebeam
