The Reassignment team within the Property & Title department facilitates solar contract transfers by serving as a resource for the seller, buyer, escrow/title, and real estate agents throughout the home sale process. A Reassignment Agent provides information to sellers regarding the transfer of their solar agreement and answers all potential buyer's questions and concerns. They generate Transfer Agreements, collect digital signatures, and confirm the validity of the document when the home sale closes.

Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a high volume of internal and external inquiries via phone, email and WebForm requests.
Manage various tasks and responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service, often under pressure.
Communicate with all necessary parties about the required actions and timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Demonstrate an understanding of contract terms and simplify contract language and solar basics for customers.
Independently draft, review, and send contracts and/or associated documents in compliance with Tesla policies.
Exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgment to evaluate each reassignment and determine how to best manage situations while avoiding losses.
Follow process and protocols as outlined and directed by leadership.

Experience in real estate and/or mortgage industry preferred

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
Evidence of exceptional ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers and internal team members.
