Shift: Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Training during first shift 8am to 4:30 pm
Pay:20$-28$ DOE

*PTO is accrual, 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to a max of 48 hours. 2nd year (starting July 1st) is 80 hours of PTO front-loaded.

Responsibilities:
*Set-up and operate punch presses and support equipment.
*Consistently set up all presses 60 tons and above.
*Perform operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints and other instructions.
*Read and understand blueprints, routing sheets and/or work instructions to determine specifications.
*Measure completed work and use shop math to verify conformance to specifications.
*Maintain production efficiencies of 80% greater once trained.
*Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Skills:
*Experience in the metal stamping industry.
*One (1) year of manufacturing experience.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
*Understand tolerances such as +/- .005.
*Read, understand, and follow all policies, processes, and procedures.
*Proficient with basic computer skills.
*Lift up to 50 pounds.
*Possess or be willing to purchase the required inspection and hand tools upon acceptance of the
