      Position Summary - Facilitates improved and sustained high quality CS&S Specialist performance by conducting training, providing consistent feedback, working with Training/Center Leadership to determine and evaluate training and development needs, and collaborates with Leadership on development and support for Specialists based on their learning plans.$20.00hrWill interview immediatelyCan start as early as 4/19Responsibilities:Key Duties and Responsibilities -?? Conducts Instructor led activities for new and current center Specialists as needed. 70%?? Provides feedback on training modules and performance as well as develops and administers quizzes to identify gaps. 15%?? Maintains knowledge of new / current processes and procedures, client information and company compliance by utilizing new and existing tools/ resources provided. 10%??
