Direct all calls to correct departments, managers and staff employees if necessary.- Receive payment for services provided by the dealership.- File miscellaneous office paperwork daily.- When customer has a discrepancy with an invoice, refer them to their Service Consultant.- Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments performed for management.- Receipt checks and car deposits when necessary.- Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace. - Be willing to perform necessary tasks outside of normally assigned duties and responsibilities to help the dealership operate productively and efficiently.- Keep a neat and orderly work station.- Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Ensure safe and clean customer waiting and children?s play areas.- Ensure coffee and water service as well as popcorn machine are stocked and in proper working order.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:-Proven typing and data entry skills-Proven ten-key ability-Basic math abilities-Ability to work well in a team setting-Work well under pressure-Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure or with occasional difficult customers-Ability to work independently-Strong attention to detailEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required-One to two years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is preferred-Must have a clean valid driver's license-Be able to pass a background check and drug test. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.
