- Train in FDA GMP guidelines to insure safety, quality and purity product characteristics throughout the manufacturing processes.- Comply with FAA regulatory and ISO requirements.- Improve daily functions which require GMP certification by creating and implementing new processes and procedures.- Comply with all FDA and OSHA regulations to ensure a cleanly and sage work environment.- Follow recipes, mix products, transfer to tankers, CIP of all mix tanks and lines- Analyze failed components to determine reasons for imperfections and record results for review by QA manager.- Blend different acids and chemicals to create reactions and proper blending, and wear proper PPE.- Position involve familiarity with safety and storage of chemicals, use of safety equipment, PPE and respirators.- Make sure all batch products are in spec and meet all company and FDA specifications before filling operations start.- Operate, clean assembly and disassembly with high dexterity and accuracy the manufacturing equipment.- Check shift inventory for tools such as knives, scoops, shovels, & liquid pumps.- Assemble parts and components on sine pumps, steam lines, transfer tubes, small motors, agitators, and augers.- Load auger trucks, unload bulk trucks, minor cleaning and maintenance of the facility, and proper upkeep of equipment.- Install nozzle or atomizer and wheel before staring the spray dryer.- Fill batch tanks with powder and liquid materials to be transfer to the spray dryer feed line.

- Beverage manufacturing experience- Data entry- Machine Operation- Prior laboratory experience in a beverage manufacturing environment- Need to understand the brix and acid ratios requirements
- High School Diploma- Client conducts pre-hire screenings- Blending experience (2+ year minimum)- Minimum of 2 years of experience with food and beverage manufacturing
