The Quality Analyst 1 will collect data, enter, and manage data within the corporate framework. Communicate information on quality and ISO objectives. Performs surveillance audits to support corporate ISO objectives.

- Assist teams with Corrective Actions through documentation organization, data collection, and data entry.

- Know quality standards in order to provide guidance, training and instruction to employees regarding our quality goals and objectives.
- Provide assistance in the ISO Certification Objectives:
- Audits of documentation
- Audits of Work Instructions (WIs) and Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs).
- Report Statistical Process Control (SPC), cost of quality, Pareto charts and other quality tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate quality records such as forms, logs, certificates of conformance, etc.
- Input and monitor return material authorization (RMA) workflows within Synergy workflow system.
- Performs data entry as required.
- Performs Document Control functions, as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
--Ability to work overtime (as required) to support corporate needs.
--Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
--Level 1 knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office. (Specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to work overtime (as required) to support corporate needs.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
