3. Supervise, support, and be responsible for daily QC audit and testing to prevent defective
products delivered to customers.
4. Ensure QC personnel and attendance to cover each shift needed for quality control.
5. Review daily production self-inspection and QC audit and testing, and report in morning meeting
if any quality related problem or concern.
6. Ensure hold and customer complaint return are being tested and graded on time according to
product spec and ISO procedure.
7. Report updated QC hold and customer complaint weekly and monthly to keep good
communication with production and other departments.
8. Plan and execute QC personnel training to optimize their skill and knowledge on their job
function.
9. Plan and execute quality related training in plant safety meeting.
10. Support trial, reference testing, and improvement projects for product development,
improvement and marketing needs.
11. Ensure lab equipment calibration is on time, working properly and keep lab environment clean
and organized.
12. Fully supports, implements ISO procedures and policies.
13. Any other duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary by the plant manager.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
1. At least 6 years experience working in CFP (Stretch Film) QC department or 10 years
experience working on Polyolefins film and sheet extrusion manufacturee
2. Familiar ISO 9001:2015 related quality control process and procedures.
3. At least 5 years as a team leader and management experience.
4. Must have good communication and supervisory skills, knowledge of lab/test equipment,
computer literacy, and written report capability.
