As a Quality Control Tech you will test inspect, and measure products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
Responsibilities:
-Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.

-Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process (including incoming inspection), and tests products for a variety of qualities such as visual, dimensional, performance, and mechanical characteristics.
-Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
-Documents and evaluates data to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
-Capable of achieving production volume requirements.
-Preservation of product cleanliness, to include final product preparation prior to inventory.
-Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
-Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
Working hours: 6:10 AM - 4:40 PM
Skills:
-Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
-Ability to exhibit sound judgment while demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
-Identifies ways to improve and promote quality processes and efficiencies.
-Proven ability to effectively communicate both orally and written with co-workers and management.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field preferred. Other equivalent education and relevant experience in a production/firearm facility will be considered.
-Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make data driven decisions.
-Demonstrated experience utilizing, calibrating, and interpreting the results from a variety of inspection/measurement equipment. A few examples include: air-gaging, micrometers, calipers, depth and height gages, borescopes, etc.
