The Quality Control Technician will focus on gaining high customer satisfaction within Quality Control, customer service, test planning and supplier support. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in operating all measurement devices, measuring all products for internal customers, tracking of measuring requirements, and releasing incoming material. The Quality Control Technician will have experience in SAP transactions according to requirements. This position requires an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for agreed timelines, supporting and training the staff in the Quality Control area of the warehouse. Observe existing safety and environmental company codes. Releasing or blocking incoming material and releasing or stopping production based on the results of the product. Process related machines and equipment with appropriate data sheets to include setup plans, diagrams, test plans and work plans. Planning and monitoring gauge capability and operating all measurement devices. Conducting special measurement tasks, creating, conducting and tracking orders.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Team player, ability to learn and grow within the company. Ability to train employees. Safety minded at all times. Attention to detail. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Ability to meet timelines.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience in startup and.or operating a quality department with a focus on the automotive industry. Knowledge in measurement technology. Knowledge in ERP/CAQ systems and programming technology. Must have computer experience with a focus in Microsoft Office. Test site, testing devices and measuring equipment.
