Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections on raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure rigorous compliance with HACCP, GMP, SPC, and allergen protocols.
Perform essential line checks, walk-throughs, and labeling verifications.
Maintain accurate QA paperwork and documentation.
Assist with customer complaints, quality holds, and food defense programs.
Coordinate rounds with auditors and support sanitation and food safety programs.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with allergen protocols, clean room environments or similar (GMP standards)
1-2+ years of quality control/assurance experience
Education:
