- Conducts customer evaluations, on-site audits, product quality standards
enforcement
- Track quality performance indicators and drive improvement as needed per the customer scorecards and internal KPIs
- Ensure quality-related deliverables are achieved on time (including APQP and PPAP requirements).
- Develop and deploy optimal quality control strategies for assigned customers and products (internal and external)
- Drive a Zero Defect Quality solution set for current production, new launches and next generation products and processes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, understanding of Microsoft Office, Minitab experience required
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering
- Prior quality engineering experience in an automotive component or other similar high-volume component manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of AIAG Core tools
- Experience using Minitab
- Sound knowledge of IATF 16949
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
