It is important that the Quality Assurance Inspector has experience with precision measuring equipment, gaging & calibration. The Quality Inspector needs to have the ability to coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, hardness testers, precision measuring equipment, perform general inspection.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates measuring machine, optical comparator, hardness tester, precision measuring equipment, general inspection, measuring tools, blueprint records, reports and a computer.
Inspect vendor material to ensure conformance with the company specifications.
Collects inspection data for files and reports.
Must have the ability to do receiving, final and outgoing inspections.
Inspect in-process products for conformance to specifications, performance inspections in all manufacturing departments.
Fill in in all areas of need in the QA department: Inspections of all types in all areas; gaging calibration; customer report generation
Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned

WEEKLY BONUS: Paid for 4 HOURS a WEEK that you don't have to work!
12 Hour Shift: 6PM-6:20AM Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
Pay Range: $25/hr-$28 DOE, with 90 day review for increase
