Responsible for processing and reporting receiving inspection activities.
Inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and products using variable or attribute measuring instruments.
Collect and process data for ISIR, first article, and first piece paperwork.
Assist in specification audits.
Develop CMM programs.
Assist in collecting data for SPC, gage R&R, and process capability studies.
Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 processes and procedures.

The Quality Inspector is required to be on their feet for up to twelve hours using their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear around machinery. They will also be required to frequently walk, sit, stoop, kneel or crouch.
Capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices.
Able to work near moving mechanical parts of machinery and electrically activated devices.
Able to be occasionally exposed to airborne particles.
Perform math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Knowledge of decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions
Able to operate overhead hoist/crane to assist with the lifting parts on and off the inspection table.
Knowledgeable of ISO 9001 processes and procedures
Willing to participate in continuous improvement activities that result in reducing variation.
Willing to use a specified training format and work closely in training new inspectors

Pay Range: $21/Hr-$24/Hr
