Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
??? Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify
their compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory
requirements.
??? Conduct various tests, measurements, and analyses using specialized equipment such as
calipers, micrometers, scopes and tools to assess product performance, functionality, and
safety. This may involve mechanical, electrical, chemical, or other relevant testing methods.
??? Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all quality control activities, test results, and
inspection reports. Ensure that documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date for
internal and external audits.
??? Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify these issues, and provide
recommendations for process improvements.
??? Monitor the manufacturing processes to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with
established procedures and standards. Identify opportunities for process optimization to
enhance product quality and efficiency.
??? Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to product quality and
safety. Ensure that all quality control activities align with applicable regulations such as ISO
standards and FDA requirements for medical devices.
??? Investigate the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities. Collaborate with engineering,
production, and other relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to
prevent recurrence.
??? Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality standards, procedures,
and best practices. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within
the organization.
??? Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials and components meet required
quality standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address quality-
related issues promptly.
??? Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments. Provide necessary
documentation and support during these processes to demonstrate compliance with quality
standards and regulations.
