Responsibilities:
- Compile, Formulate and Distribute various Executive, Sales and Customer Reports
- Rebate Summary Detail & Usage Reports
- Customer Sales Compliance Reports
- Monthly Generic Compliance Reports
- Comparison Reports
- Monthly Executive KPI Reports
- Customer Purchase Reports
- Weekly and Semimonthly Trend Reports
- Track new customer sales
- Establish pricing & rebate matrices for new and existing customer renewals
- Deliver superior service, by listening to sales and management requests, and strive to find solutions to challenges
- Complete other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proven Work History
- Bachelor degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Three years of experience compiling data from multiple sources and creating reports for management, sales and customers
- Previous experience with Contracting and Pricing
- Excellent math skills
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, embedded formulas, formatting, macros, pivot tables)
- Three years work history in Finance and Reporting
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Open to continual learning and feedback
- Understanding of the sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week
- Able to continually sit, be mobile, keyboard, talk/hear in person/on phone, and vision for close work, and frequent repetitive hand movements

- Able to work in an office setting for up to 8 hours per day
