Our client right here in Mankato is seeking out a skilled, safe, receiving clerk for a full-time day shift position. The receiving clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Their duties include unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until they receive outgoing order requests and notifying management personnel when they don't have enough of a particular product to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities:
Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
Unload packages from incoming trucks
Inspect contents to ensure they are not damaged
Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.)
Work with procurement staff regarding upcoming deliveries
Maintain accurate records
Maintain inventory control and Kitting
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Basic math and recording abilities
Ability to follow required health and safety regulations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Forklift experience; 6 months of experience in the last 18 months
Computer skills are required
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
