As a receptionist you will be under general supervision, the Occupancy Specialist sets up and/maintains resident records and accounts receivable systems utilising Real Page Software or successor programs; and performs general clerical functions and office duties. Responsibilities:
Collects and receipts monthly rents using One Site; prints out and monitors deposit, Excess Income and Tenant Assistance reports;
Maintains wait list and contacts applicants on waitlist in accordance with facility schedule;
Maintains resident contract, files;
Assists and supports residents as appropriate through administrative services;
Performs other related duties as required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
