Arrive 15 minutes earlier
Open the meeting spaces and make your round through the center to make sure the copiers are turned on with plenty of paper, hall lights are turned on and the place looks tidy
Check the meeting room agenda
Provide fresh brewed coffee for the training session and provide catering options and get that ordered for lunch
Discuss the organization of next week???s two large events with your manager
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
