We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a Small office in South Orange, NJ. The Front desk receptionist will wear many hats in this office setting. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers and setting up appointments. This will be a 40 hour position with limited overtime.

Answer phones, emails & various channels of communication.
Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Scheduling meetings & coordinating office activities
Other related functions as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Ability to work as an integral team member and independent and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
Ability to address customer complaints and issues
Ability to multi-task and wear several hats
Proficient in basic computer skills and basic office equipment
1-2 years of related experience

Demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality
