As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as a variety of administrative duties that support the HR Department and management team. You will report directly to the HR Director/HR Manager

Routing calls to the appropriate associates
Provide support to visitors and clients both in person and on the phone
Open, date stamp, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Process outgoing mail and packages.
Stock, monitor and order office supplies (stationery, mailing supplies, office machine supplies, coffee and breakroom supplies, etc).
Perform routine maintenance on office machines (changing toner, refilling paper, etc.) and call for necessary repairs.
Coordinate scheduling, setup and cleanup of the conference room.
Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.
Assist the HR Department and other management team with projects on an ?as needed? basis.
Assist with employee event planning and setup.
Properly handle confidential information while assisting in the human resources process.
Ability to understand human resources processes and functions.
Review union new hire paperwork for accuracy.
Provide data entry support to Human Resources.
Generate reports as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
