-Analyze account activity and balance of accounts, utilizes processor reports, and research FinTech transaction activities and defined funds flow processes-Provide guidance to Operations staff-Review and analyze assigned program accounts in accordance with risk frequency, and research to determine the cause and appropriate resolution process-Monitor all Fintech related banking activities to detect irregularities-Investigate all transactions to prevent fraud, bank losses, and customer impact-Provide feedback to the accounting department on how to improve internal controls, and pinpoint areas where risks relating to banking transactions can be minimized-Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions-Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all Fintech relationships to report on the state of the reconcilement, issues, and any accounting or transactional issues-Assist auditors (internal and external) with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily-Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding funds presented to Fintech end users and funds at bank-Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature-Maintain required files, reports, and data-Reconcile and rectify all Fintech general ledger accounts-Reconcile accounts that fall into receivable records with the sales invoices-Maintain contacts with the company's customers to ensure outstanding reconciliation items are identified and cleared in a timely manner. Follow up on all transactions and provides updates to management-Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities-Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts-Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization

-A degree in Accountancy or relevant work experience -Prior experience in bank accounting and reconciliation-Prior experience in Fintech banking-Possess knowledge of general accounting principles and workings of the banking systems-Exemplify good communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing-Display problem-solving skills even under stressful conditions and deadlines-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-Knowledge of banking principles and regulations
