Responsibilities:
Lead the process for sourcing candidates using innovative techniques.
Utilize an ATS and various sites to build a pipeline of applicants.
Administer an interview process that creates an excellent candidate experience.
Develop recruiting strategies to help the supported organizations grow.
Develop standardized screening process that properly assesses skills, experiences, qualifications and fit.
Run email, texting, or social media campaigns to attract talent.
Discuss company benefits with prospective employee-owners.
Measure hiring effectiveness and provide monthly reports.
Assist in the administration of new hire paperwork.
Proactively seek market information to gain competitive advantages and make recommendations.
Partner with staffing partners as needed.
Work closely with Communications team to enhance employment branding.
Serve as a brand ambassador, attending career fairs and other events that represent companies in the communities where they are located.
Work closely with the HR Manager and Training and Development Manager to develop relationships with local high schools and colleges.
Assist leaders and communications in writing job descriptions and/or job postings that are specific to the position and engaging to a prospective employee-owner.
Lead and promote internal employee referral program and engage employee-owners in the search for talent by providing strategies for helping them promote the company openings.
Gather, disseminate, and report data to HR team members or other leaders within the organization.
Be flexible and willing to take on various other HR duties and responsibilities as needed.
Assist with various Wellness activities including the Wellness Committee, annual flu vaccine clinics, and biometric screening.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in a position that required high volume recruiting of talent.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking and onboarding tools, Paylocity preferred.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working with ISO training requirements is desired but not required.
