The Recruiter Public Relations Specialist will provide support for all recruiting and community engagement efforts here in Asheville, NC. This position involves performing functions to efficiently attract, recruit, select and hire all positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of recruitment and selection processes and will have a high degree of organization, attention to detail and will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.Responsibilities:Execute recruiting plan to reach activity & productivity goalsDevelop qualified lead strategies from all sources - referrals, community engagement, internet, advertising, career fairs, etc. to achieve referral and sourcing commitmentsDevelop and build college partnership program and groom candidates for each step of the selection and career processReview resumes, process online applicants and contact referrals to schedule initial interviewsConduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the processUtilize UltiPro and other recruitment software platforms to maintain the candidate database and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection processWork closely with HR Coordinator and Benefits admistrators to maintain a smooth onboarding process along with culture and accountabilityLead community involvement and actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote company regionally and locallyMaintain active presence on social media platofmrs used by company to prospect and promote the company, as well as create feed lists as needed for prospecting meetingsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and internet software is requiredHuman Resources certification and knowledge of HR laws and regulations is desirableExperience with HRIS systems and report generation programs is desirableEducation:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred3 years of experience in recruiting or human resources is preferredExperience in healthcare and knowlege of clinical laboratory personell qualifications is desirable Apply online today or call us directly at 828-348-0390!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
